We have some lovely new relaxing and ambient candles at Oriana B. We, as individuals have our preferences when it comes to candles, which we wanted to add a variety of new candles to our Les Choses Simples collection. Les Choses Simples candles are meticulously hand poured in Lauris, Provence in small batches with only using vegetable oils and non SLS, parabens or silicons. Made from 100% soy wax with organic cotton wicks poured into an amber glass jar. We have found them to be extremely aromatic and burn evenly.

Les Choses Simples No 3 Citrus Garden

Top: Lemon | Lime
The top notes of this citrus garden candle is Lemon and Lime which gives it that citrusy scent when it hits your nose! Just like the name, it's like walking through a citrus garden full of citrus fruits. It's gives the candle that freshness your home may be needing for this lovely summer time.
Middle: Grapefruit | Rhubarb | Pineapple
Middle notes is essentially the layer that is mainly the foundation of any candle and is known to make up approximately 40-80% of the overall scent. With middle notes of grapefruit, rhubarb and pineapple adding exoticness and that extra punch to the candle. The rhubarb adds a tart and refreshing note with the zestiness of the grapefruit and pineapple, combining the three will evoke a sense of paradise adding delightful notes to the candle.
Base: Rose | White Musk
Base notes make up 10-25% of the overall fragrance. They blend perfectly with the middle notes to deepen the scent of the candle. With the base notes of rose and white musk blend very well with citrus scents like the lemon and lime, adding that floralness of sophisication as it's such a timeless mix of scents.

Les Choses Simples No 4 Orange Blossom

Top Notes: Basil | Bitter Orange
The top notes are a lovely strong and bitter scent of basil which gives it a hint of herbalness and freshness to the candle and blending basil with bitter orange creates a tinge of sourness to the inital scent. The overall effect of basil and bitter orange creates the feeling of being in a sunny garden filled with herbs and citrus trees. Uplifting and captivating.
Middle Notes: Rose | Neroli | Jasmine
Middle notes is essentially the layer that is mainly the foundation of any candle and is known to make up approximately 40-80% of the overall scent. It gives the candle more of a floraly aroma to them with rose, neroli and jasmine. They are all scents that are all strong but when blending together, it creates a atmosphere like walking through a gorgeous garden full of flower beds and woody trees.
Base Notes: Orange Blossom (Hints of Musk and Precious Woods)
Base notes of orange blossom with hints of musk and precious woods gives the candle that hint muskiness and woodiness to the candle. It's a great choice for a base note as it goes in harmony with the other scents in this candle really well. Tonka Bean and vanilla are both sweet and dense scents. Tonka Bean is considered a multi-faceted scent with hints of vanilla, tobacco, almond and woodiness. Mixing that with vanilla which is a very popular scent to add to many candles with it's softness and simplicity.
Base Notes: Sage
The base note of no 6 evening dreams is sage. The earthy with herbaceous scent is crisp and often with strong green notes. It's very uplifting and calming with alot of health benefits and used as a spice in cooking.
