Common Questions
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will have a summary of your order. If you do not receive this email contact us as soon as possible at hello@orianab.com
Yes! Please email us at hello@orianab.com as soon as possible and we can change your delivery address, provided your order hasn't been shipped already. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped then your shipping address cannot be changed.
Currently we do not ship internationally however if you have a special request please do not hesitate to email us and we will do our best to assist you.
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Homewares and smaller items will take around 1-3 days to arrive from date of order. Larger items such as furniture will take around 8-10 days from date of order.

We always pass on contact details to our couriers and where possible will give prior notice to delivery days and times. If you have a specific date you need your order by please contact us on (01) 539 7861 prior to placing your order and we will do our best to help!
Problem with your order?
We are extremely sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item! We will do our best to resolve this as soon as possible. Please contact us via email or give us a call on 01 539 7861 within 5 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement where possible.
We apologise for any mistaken deliveries and hope that it has not caused any inconvience. Please email us to let us know that you have recieved the incorrect item as soon as possible and we will rectify it immediately.
It is no problem to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact us via email at hello@orianab.com and we will arrange a refund. However if your order has shipped it will need to go through the Returns process, see our Returns Policy here.
Your order may get dispatched in multiple packages due to the amount of items ordered. Items like furniture will take around 8-10 days to arrive whilst homeware will take around 1-3 days to arrive. Depending on the type of item you have ordered, it may get dispatched at different times. We will send out separate emails when your items have been shipped. Shipping & Returns
Our packing team take a huge responsibility when shipping your items safely to you. This means that we bubble wrap large mirrors for safety, use compostable potato chips for fragile items and we will send items separately if it means that they are safer in transit. All goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The items must be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging in order to receive a full refund. We provide a hassle free returns option where we will organise collection and return to us for €12.50 for homewares. We also accept returns at our studio in Fairview free of charge. Yes, the items that you have purchased can be exchanged instead of receiving a refund if you wish to exchange within 30 days of purchase. The item you are exchanging must be in perfect condition and in original packaging.
Yes, all goods returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in full provided that it is in perfect condition and in it's orignal packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not refund delivery fees.
Products
Measurements of items can be found on their product pages under the section called 'Product Details'. Any other queries or questions about measurements, feel free to contact us further and we will be happy to assist you.
We understand that it can be frustrating when certain items you are looking for are sold out and we endeavour to restock items as soon as possible where available. On your desired product page there is a option to 'Notify me when available' where you can sign up with your email or phone number and get an instant alert when the item is available for purchase.
