TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To return an item, please return the item to our studio in Fairview or arrange a return with a carrier of your choice or contact the Oriana B. team to schedule a collection. The charge for our collection service depends on the item delivered and is €12.50 for homewares and €30-€80 for furniture or bulky items depending your location (see below). The collection charge will be advised when you request it and deducted from your refund.
The collection service offered by Oriana B. is subject to the terms and conditions of the contracted courier company we use and is subject to change. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the collection is at a time and date of your convenience, this cannot always be guaranteed and will depend on the availability of the courier selected to collect your item.
All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 48 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this timeframe.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
Items must be returned unused. In particular if you are returning an item that is a soft furnishing for example a cushion, lampshade, armchair etc, then the item should be stored somewhere free from odours until the collection is made. Items that smell of smoke, cooking smells or other household odours will not be refunded.
You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are unable to refund your postage or courier costs.
When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Oriana B. Collection Service - If you wish to arrange a collection for your item, please email hello@orianab.com stating which item you would like to return and your availability for a collection. Our couriers collect Monday to Friday only.
Please note our collection fees. Homewares cost €12.50 to return, furniture and bulky items cost €30 in Dublin, €50 in surrounding counties and €80 anywhere else in Ireland. The relevant collection fee will be deducted from your refund/credit note. It can take 7-10 days to organise a collection depending on location and availability of our couriers.
Please note the collection service is only available for customers based on the Island of Ireland.
All goods returned within 30 days of delivery in perfect condition and with the original packaging in tact as per our terms and conditions will be refunded in full. We do not refund the original delivery fee. Goods returned after 30 days may be credited at the discretion of Oriana B.
We do not accept exchanges for any item.
Gift vouchers are non-returnable and are non-refundable.
Made To Order Sofas and Chairs may not be returned. This includes the Hepburn, the Chelsea and the Fireside chairs. If the Made to Order Sofa or Chair has a manufacturing fault then the piece will be independently reviewed in your home and fixed or replaced by our Supplier if found to be faulty. Please see our terms and conditions relating to Made to Order items.
RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please email our customer service team at hello@orianab.com, within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement, repair or a refund for you.
Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
Please note if we have partially refunded you for a damaged item this voids your returns policy.
This policy applies only to items purchased online via our website www.orianab.com.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You will need to cover any import duties that may arise when returning items from another country.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
All orders will be refunded in Euro, within 14 days of receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account.
Please note that we are an online interiors company for homeware, and our products are only intended for use in a domestic environment. None of our products are certified for use in a commercial environment, and we can not guarantee their longevity if used for commercial purposes. P
Oriana B. products that are used in a commercial environment will void our returns policy as we cannot guarantee that the item has been fully tested to meet contract standards. Because of this we cannot guarantee their longevity and therefore cannot take responsibility as you have chosen to use them in a commercial environment.
RETURNS POLICY FOR SECONDS AND RETURNS ITEMS
Please be aware that our Standard Returns Policy does not apply to any items sold from our Outlet Shop or during a seconds/sample/warehouse sale event or from a display at one of our stores where goods are seen and/or purchased in-person. We do not accept returns on any purchases made during these events and no refunds or exchanges/replacements/repairs or credit notes will be issued. Items purchased during a seconds/sample/warehouse sale or from a display in store, carry defects and are purchased with the knowledge of those defects.
Our normal returns policy applies to Sale items bought online.
